WHO ARE THE NATURE PROTECTERS?
The Nature Protectors are a dynamic duo that took on the responsibility of looking out for the environment. These super heros risk there lives to protect the earth, but they can't do it alone. They have the help of their good friends, Doctor Linda and Pappy the Squirrel. The Nature Protectors also want your help in their effort to save the earth!!!

Use public transportation, walk, bike or carpool whenever possible.
You may be the villain and you don't even know it!!
Ask yourself these questions and if you answer yes to any of them your actions have a negative effect on the environment. But don't worry, there are alternative earth friendly methods you can use.
1.) Do I leave leave electronics plugged in when I'm not using them?
An electronic plugged into a socket, even when not in use is still using energy. Just unplug it!!
2.) Do I use incandescent (regular) light bulbs?
Try using compact fluorescent light bulbs. They save energy and money!
3.) Do I drive somewhere that is in walking distance?
Don't emit harmful gases into the atmosphere by using your car to get somewhere you could get to by walking or biking.
4.) Do I buy products that use a lot of packaging and use plastic shopping bags?
Stay away from products that use excess packaging and use green bags to carry your groceries and other goods.
5.) Do I run my dishwasher/ washing machine without it having a full load?
This is a waste of water and energy. Wait to run you dishwasher or washing machine when you have full load.
